Youth outreach - A group of twelve young people
have taken part in a twelve month developmental
programme conceived, developed and implemented
by REALLITY since June ’08; they are now collectively
known as Roots. The programme has developed their
confidence and key attributes to engage negative
peer groups in their neighbourhoods that are most
vulnerable to being suspects and/or victims of crime.
The hook to engage our target group is offered
through high calibre music produced by REALLITY
and commissioned via our Creative Director
employed to work with Roots over the past year.
REALLITY has developed a multi track musical product, entitled Luminous, that has a strong message of hope delivered through a matrix of approaches
from show cases on the estates ‘Hit and Pitches’ to street based outreach.
