REALLITY TRUSTEES & DIRECTORS REALLITY is a voluntary sector organisation steered by a dynamic Board of Trustees. Each of our Trustees has an impressive and proven track record in developing young people via accredited education and arts programmes for young people up to the age of 25 years, which is our target group for outreach.
Chairman Leroy Logan MBE, BSc (Hons): Leroy Logan is a science graduate with several years' postgraduate research experience who joined the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) in 1983, serving in predominantly inner London stations. Leroy served as the Superintendent of Hackney borough between 2004-2007, and has significantly contributed towards three annual Commissioner's Commendations given to Hackney as top performing borough in the MPS.
Trustee & Director Rob Neil - CTP CiPD: Rob is a qualified Development Trainer, Recruitment Interviewer and JEGs 'Job' Evaluator, with over 25 years experience in the Public Sector having worked in the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) now known as the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).
Trustee & Director Bevan Powell MSc,BSc (Hons): Bevan Powell is a member of the REALLITY board and member of the Methodist church. He believes strongly in building the capacity of young people so that they are able to engage more effectively with statutory services such as the police and the youth services. Bevan states that young people are the key to social change. In 2007 he was awarded an MBE for his contribution to policing, much of this worked focused on diversity management, community and youth engagement.
Trustee & Director Antonia Taffe BA (Hons): Antonia, holds a Bachelor of Arts Hons Degree in Journalism and Print Media, with her specialism being that of Broadcast, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media, Marketing, the Arts and Culture. |
