REALLITY is a registered not for profit making company steered by a dynamic Board of Trustees. Each of our Trustees has an impressive and proven track record in developing young people via accredited education and arts programmes. The team also consists of experienced youth and outreach workers who will be responsible for the successful delivery of the REALLITY programmes. Collectively, REALLITY will reshape youth outreach through a series of unique hearts and minds programmes dedicated to reducing and, where possible, preventing the number of young people killed or injured through mindless violence across our boroughs and neighbourhoods.
