Since graduating in 2004 she has acquired a broad range of experience within the media having worked as an audience Researcher Producer for the Award winning Youth Talk show on Revelation TV now known as Genesis TV between 2004-2005. This resulted in Antonia and the Presenter winning an award, after being recognised by the Christian Broadcasting Council (CBC) for a programme which she produced on Domestic Violence.

At the same time, Antonia was also Project Manager on an e-government pilot called RYOGENS (Reducing Youth Offending Generic National Solution). RYOGENS was an online e-government project sponsored by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) contributing to the national strategy for local government, and an initiative to help protect vulnerable children and young people from becoming involved in crime, in order to reduce youth crime and anti-social behaviour on a multi-agency level . This pilot was a huge success and has since been implemented in Tower Hamlets and is now know as T.H.I.S Child.

In 2005, Antonia left Tower Hamlets to take on a role at Thurrock Borough Council working within the internal Corporate Communications department, as a result of a 15 - year partnership between the Unitary Authority and their strategic partners Vertex Data Science.

Antonia was responsible for implementing an effective internal communications & media plan to support the organisation with employee engagement programmes, and the roll out of new project implementations involving CRM systems, and employee relations issues.

Since 2006, Antonia moved up to the Communities, Libraries and Cultural Services Department within Thurrock, as Arts Publicist with the responsibility of managing the publicity of Arts and Entertainment within the local and national news media. She also has other key PR positions within a number of organisations as an Advisor on implementing effective media strategies.

Antonia was also involved in the 2006 TRUCE programme and played a prominent role as Director and Producer of the publicity Documentary ‘TRUCE LONDON 2006'.  She also produced the short video on behalf of REALLITY for the CCM workshops held in October and November 2008.
